Smashed Avocado and Feta on Toast with Crispy Basturma
- 1 Avocado
- Fettayleh Basturma
- Feta cheese
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Squeeze of lemon
- Take your avocado and slice in half to remove the seed and the skin. Place in a bowl and begin to mash your avocado, adding salt and lemon to taste.
- In a frypan on a medium heat, cook basturma until golden and crispy. Set aside once cooked.
- Toast your sourdough and then lather with your mashed avocado.
- Crumble your feta on toast and serve with sumac, cherry tomatoes and rocket.
