American Style Skinless Hotdog Rolls

Hotdog Rolls

  1. Fettayleh Skinless hotdogs
  2. Eggs
  3. Panini rolls
  4. Baby spinach
  5. Halloumi Cheese
  6. Pesto (jar or fresh)
  7. Sriracha ketchup
  8. Salt to taste



  1. Slice hotdog in half lengthways, place in the grill and cook for approx
  2. In a fry pan, heat the pan to a medium heat and place the baby spinach in the pan with a pinch of salt. Cook until wilted. Remove and set aside once done.
  3. Toast panini rolls in the oven until golden.
  4. Slice and pat dry the halloumi with a piece of paper towel.
  5. Take halloumi and grill until golden.
  6. In the fry pan, fry the eggs, sunny side up until whites are fully cooked.
  7. Take the panini roll and spread pesto on the bread, then add spinach, add the sliced hotdogs, a slice of halloumi and finally the fried egg.
  8. Drizzle sriracha and salt to taste, then serve.
