Turkey Bacon and Egg Rolls

Ingredients: 

  1. Long bread rolls or sub
  2. Turkey Bacon
  3. Eggs
  4. Green oak lettuce
  5. Tomatoes sliced
  6. BBQ sauce
  7. Hot chilli powder

Method:

  1. Pat down the turkey bacon with paper towel to absorb any excess moisture.
  2. In a hot fry pan add turkey bacon to the pan and cook until crispy and golden.
  3. Take the turkey bacon out and place on a plate.
  4. In the fry pan, crack eggs in and quickly scramble with a silicone spatula.
  5. Mix BBQ sauce with the hot chilli powder and then spread onto the long bread roll.
  6. Add lettuce, sliced tomato, eggs and bacon.
  7. Serve with salt to taste.
