Breakfast Pizza
Ingredients:
- Dough – 1 cup self raising flour & ½ cup plain yogurt
- Option 1 – smoked turkey, green capsicum, sliced onion, mushrooms, cheese.
- Option 2 – pepperoni, onion, spinach, cheese.
- Option 3 – cream cheese, beef mortadella, sliced tomatoes, cheese.
- Option 4 – sweet chilli sauce, chicken roll, onion, avocado, mushrooms.
Method:
- Add a pinch of salt to the flour and slowly add the yogurt and kneed the dough.
- Portion dough into desired amount of servings.
- Add a little bit of olive oil to the pan. Add dough and tease out to create a circle.
- Option 1 – add sliced smoked turkey, green capsicum, sliced onion, mushrooms and cheese.
- Option 2 – Pepperoni, onion, spinach, pine nuts and cheese.
- Option 3 – cream cheese, beef mortadella, sliced tomatoes, cheese.
- Option 4 – sweet chilli sauce, chicken roll, onion, avocado and mushrooms.
- Cook in the oven set to 220 degrees for approx 8 – 10 mins.
