Recipe ideas – Beef Schnitzel


Veal Schnitzel


  1. Fettayleh beef schnitzel slices
  2. Panko breadcrumbs
  3. Plain flour
  4. 4 x eggs, whisked
  5. Salt and dried rosemary combined (to taste)
  6. Harissa spice (to taste)
  7. Oil for frying


  1. Tenderise the meat with a mallet, this will make the meat thinner and easier to cook.
  2. Mix the salt and rosemary into the breadcrumbs and the flour.
  3. Coat the meat in the flour, making sure both sides are covered. Then coat the meat in the egg wash and finally the breadcrumbs.
  4. Shallow fry in a fry pan on a medium heat for approx. 2 mins on each side or until golden.
  5. Serve with your choice of sides and enjoy!
