About the role

Due to our extensive growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Driver to join our Production and Support Team, based in Prestons reporting the the Dispatch Manager.

To be successful in this position you will have a genuine desire to deliver outstanding results, and demonstrate proven experience.

• Picking and Packing Orders for our customers all over Australia
• Being the customer facing team and delivering goods to customers
• Ability to correctly read and understand customer orders to ensure orders are filled correctly
• Be able to manage paper work and take payments from customers over Credit Card and Cash
• Understand the Sydney Route and adjust the route to make your run more efficient and effective
• Efficient and Safe driving methods and practices
• Make sure customer receive quality product – on time, in full and in temp
• Be familiar with Proof of Delivery Process
• Receiving and scanning
• Driving Forklift is a must
• Communicate clearly and politely with drivers, customers and office staff at all times
• Have legible/reasonable hand writing to complete required order paperwork
• Physically capable of undertaking hands on and repetitive heavy lifting (up to 25kg)
• Keep your designated work area clean and tidy at all times;
• Undertake additional duties as and when required by the Dispatch Manager or management.

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Meat Production Packers and Butchers to join our Production Team, based in Prestons NSW.

• Process/production line based work
• De-carton Meat from boxes
• Using a variety of knives, hand tools, powered equipment and computer-operated machinery, assembling and operating mincers, grinders, mixers and patty or sausage forming machines, operating filling machines and smoking chambers
• Preparation of meat for packing and learn to operate the fresh meat packing and labelling machine including technical setting
• QA compliance & Hygiene
• Inventory and stock control for fresh meat, dry goods and packing materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work space, and abide by workplace health and safety policies
• Make seasonings, flavour agents and pickling solutions, and pickle meat according to recipes
• Shape meat to make sausages and small goods.
• Cure and cook meat products
• Great communication
• The ability to work under pressure and stay positive and calm
• Work with all internal stakeholders to resolve problems and achieve desired outcomes
• Prepare meat by removing bones and trimming fat
• Maintain a clean and safe work space, and abide by workplace health and safety policies

• Physically capable of undertaking hands on and repetitive heavy lifting (up to 20kg)
• Keep your designated work area clean and tidy at all times;
• Follow stock procedures as directed and assist with regular stock counts when required;
• Undertake additional duties as and when required by the Dispatch Manager or management.
